At Surbhi, we believe in keeping things simple, wholesome, and rooted in tradition. We’re a proudly local Edmonton startup, crafting yogurt based drinks and desserts. Our recipes are inspired by timeless flavors, made with care and a touch of home; right here in our market stall.
As a small business operating out of Bountiful Farmers’ Market, we’re grateful to be part of this vibrant community. Every lassi, salad, and juice we serve is freshly prepared in store, with thoughtfulness and attention to quality because we know food isn’t just a fuel, it’s about love, connection, and culture.
Surbhi’s is run by the Patel family who pour their hearts into every dish. What started as a passion for hosting big dinners for friends has grown into a love for feeding everyone with delicious, thoughtful food.
In Hindu mythology, Surabhi/Surbhi was a divine, wish fulfilling cow, the mother of all cows. She is a symbol of abundance, nourishment, and divine support as she provided milk and nutrition to humans. Our goal is to provide yogurt based drinks and desserts to our customers with love like she did. 🙂
